Re-Building Bridges: Supporting human performance in the 'new' normal

Dear EAAP members, partners, authors, speakers, sponsors and all other conference contributors!

The EAAP Board is happy to announce that after some very careful financial planning the 34th EAAP Conference will be held from 26th - 30th September 2022 ON-SITE at the Sunborn Yacht Hotel, Gibraltar.

This year's conference will be the first physical on-site conference since 2018 (in Dubrovnik) and we are very excited to re-connect with all of you.

We are also happy to announce that we were able to secure the same terms and conditions including affordable room rates with Sunborn as in 2018. The conference fees will also remain the same.

To get you excited about this special location we have included some impressions from our site visit in 2020. We can't wait to receive your registration and meet you personally in Gibraltar!

The conference venue is located right next to the runway 09/27!

More training, keynotes & time for networking!

The EAAP Board recognises that not all of you will be able to join us for the full week. Many of us have not had a training opportunity since the past conference in 2018. Most of us have had very few opportunities for live networking.

The new conference program structure will therefore feature:

  • An introductory workshop (training) day (monday)
  • Late welcome reception to accommodate people who are using day 1 as their travel day.
  • The conference will officially start on Tuesday.
  • At least one invited keynote speaker every day.
  • Facilitated expert panel session
  • Official conference close at gala dinner (thursday).
  • Friday will be reserved for operational visits and meetings of the regional aviation psychology associations.
  • For those who would like to extend their stay and enjoy Gibraltar, EAAP room rates will be available for the weekend before and after the conference.

If you are joining us for less than the full week please indicate on your registration form as this will also reflect in your conference fees.

We hope that everyone will find the updated programme structure to their wishes.
